Individual Products
Fruttato Allegro is a robust oil, typical of traditional early harvest Tuscan and Umbrian oils. Enjoy its distinct flavour with wood or coal grilled fish, meats, poultry or vegetables. Drizzle over hearty vegetable soups or simply serve with fresh crusty bread.
"Agrumato Sanguinella" is a lovely balance of fresh olive and blood orange flavours, made using the traditional agrumato method. This oil has a distinct flavour and can be used for a range of cooking purposes but has a particular affinity when used in preparation of desserts, cakes and pastries.
"Agrumato Limone" is a fresh and vibrant blend of olive and lemon flavours, made using the traditional agrumato method. Exceptional for finishing with meat, poultry, fish or vegetables dishes as well as for cooking desserts, cakes and pastries.
"Agrodolce di Nebbiolo" super premium red wine vinegar is made from the King of Italian Red wine grape varieties "Nebbiolo". An exceptional vinegar made exclusively for Pendolino in the sweet agrodolce style. The culinary applications range from salad dressings to simply drizzling over roasted or grilled meats, poultry and vegetables.
"Secco" Vinegar is made from quality Australian red wine and aged for one year in wood barrels. It is a classic dry red wine vinegar style ideal for a range of uses from salad dressings to deglazing roasted meat pan juices.
