Next Business Day Delivery:
Our delivery service works business day to business day. (Orders received on the weekend are dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday).
All orders are dispatched from Sydney by courier on an overnight express service for delivery next business day.
However, deliveries to:
- regional areas
- remote areas (e.g., rural properties)
- Northern Territory
- Nth Qld during wet season
generally take between 1 to 2 business days more to arrive at their destination.
Important Note: All deliveries are made during business hours and require a signature, if no one will be there to sign for the goods; we require an alternative address for delivery. We will make every effort to track your order to ensure delivery is made and we will seek to email you a confirmation of delivery as soon as we have been advised that delivery has been made. Although we use highly reputable carriers to deliver our products, from time to time delays are experienced for a multiplicity of reasons which are totally out of our control. We do not accept responsibility for these unforeseen circumstances and delivery charges are non-refundable.
- We do not do weekend deliveries.
- Orders placed BEFORE 1PM will be dispatched on Friday for delivery the next business day (i.e., Monday*).
- Orders placed AFTER 1PM on Friday will not be dispatched until the next business day (i.e., Monday* for arrival on Tuesday).

Shipping costs are a flat fee of $15.00 for purchases of up to 4 items. Additional freight charges apply for purchases of more than 4 items (an additional $15 for up to every additional 4 items). For example;
- purchasing 3 Olive Oils and 1 Gift pack will cost $15 in shipping
- purchasing 4 Gift packs will cost $15 in shipping
- purchasing 4 Olive Oils and 1 Gift pack will cost $30 in shipping
- purchasing 8 Gift packs will cost $30 in shipping
- purchasing 9 Gift packs will cost $45 in shipping
Cancellation of Orders
Sydney & Melbourne Deliveries
Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by PENDOLINO 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.
Other Australian Deliveries
Should you need to cancel you order, money will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by PENDOLINO 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. No cancellations can be accepted within 24 hours of intended delivery date as your item will have already been dispatched with AAE.
At PENDOLINO we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services, however if your gift has been damaged prior to receipt, we will happily replace any damaged items accordingly. For this to occur we simply need you to repack the damaged item and return it to PENDOLINO Shop 301 Level 3, The Strand Arcade, 412-414 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card used to purchase the item. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased or by EFTPOS only. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.
