Amarone della Valpolicella is now considered to be amongst the most distinctive wine produced anywhere in the world. This is largely thanks to the use of the appassimento drying method using a blend of local grapes including Corvina, Rondinella and Mollinara.
We are proud to present the Degani winery, with whom we share a longstanding relationship and believe to be an exemplary producer in the region. According to Gambero Rosso, one of the major wine publications in Italy, “(brothers Aldo and Luca Degani) amaze us by regularly turning out great results, vintage after vintage. Wines of high quality and lashings of personality.”
