From Larry Cherubino's single vineyard series, 'The Yard', the Cane Cut Gewurztraminer is a dessert made from late harvest fruit from the Channybearup vineyard in Pemberton. Aromas of talc, rose water and candied grapefruit. Softly textured on the palate, with the sweetness being balanced with a fine line of acidity. No herbicides used and low sulphites.
