From Larry Cherubino's single vineyard series, 'The Yard', the Cane Cut Semillon is a dessert made from late harvest fruit from the Caves Road vineyard in Margaret River. Aromas of lemon curd, white flowers and peach follow on to the palate. The concentrated flavours from the late harvest fruit are nicely balanced with a fine line of acidity.
