1x 2021 Tertini Tasmanian Pinot Noir - The fruit for Tertini's Tasmanian Pinot Noir comes from the pristine environment and rich, ancient soils of the Coal River Valley, just north of Hobart. The 2021 vintage was very high in quality with excellent flavour and acidity. Vibrant aromas of red and black cherries weave through a complex array of red fruits and spice. Fine tannins and a clean acid line provide length on the finish. Tertini's 2018 Tasmanian Pinot Noir won the Trophy for 'Best Pinot Noir' in the 2019 Australian Pinot Noir Challenge.

1x 2020 Degani 'Cicilio' Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore DOC - After a 15-day period on the skins and lees of Degani's Amarone, the 2020 'Cicilio' Ripasso was matured in French oak barrels for 24 months, adding more structure to the final product. The wine displays notes of fresh violet, mint, blueberry and a subtle hint of musk. Silky in texture with ripe red fruits, and a layer of minerality, this is a wine which seems to offer new characters with each sip.

1x 2018 Bindella Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG - Tenuta Vallocaia Bindella have established themselves as a true benchmark of Vino Nobile, one of Sangiovese's most prestigious incarnations. In the glass, the wine is ruby red with floral notes and red fruit aromas that integrate with balsamic notes on the palate. A brilliant match for tomato-based pasta sauces, red meats, truffles, cheeses and even stronger meats like game.

1x 2019 Ferrero 'Pepita' Tuscan Cabernet/Merlot Blend - From the tiny Ferrero estate in Tuscany, the Rosso di Toscana ‘Pepita’ is a blend of four different varietals: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Montepulciano and Alicante. This ‘Super Tuscan’ style is dark ruby, with purple hues. Blackberry, black cherry, plum and floral notes follow from the nose through the palate, and the Cabernet provides silky tannins and enough structure to allow cellaring for several years.

1x 2019 Villa Annaberta Amarone DOCG - Amarone della Valpolicella is now considered to be amongst the most powerful and distinctive wine produced anywhere in the world. This is largely thanks to the highly labour intensive, appassimento drying method which concentrates colour, flavour and tannins. Intense red in colour, with cherry, blackberry and spicy notes. Smooth tannins, impressive structure, and very well-balanced. The longer this wine is cellared, the richer the experience will become. Perfect with braised meat or beef filet.

1x 2015 Catlin Adelaide Hills Syrah - A banner vintage for South Australian Shiraz/Syrah, the fruit comes from the Adelaide Hills' highly regarded Longview Vineyard. Made with up to 40% whole bunches, the wine displays remarkable texture and structure. Layers of plum and spice open up, as fine grained tannins from the whole bunches extend the palate, with a mouthfeel and flavour that continue long after the last sip. 95 points, James Halliday Wine Companion.
